Mad Scientist Technologies LLC follows best practices to secure AI systems and ensure compliance with the following privacy regulations:
- Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) We do not use client’s Biometric data in anyway, however, if we do we will obtaining consent for any use of biometric data ahead of time.
- Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) We do not collect data or information from any persons under the age of 13 (thirteen) years old.
