Change to Monthly Subscription Services Due Date

QUINCY, ILLINOIS – October 10, 2016. Mad Scientist Technologies will be changing the payment due date for our subscription services that are paid on a monthly basis. We are changing the due date for these services to align with industry standard practices.

As Mad Scientist Technologies prepares to provide new subscription services for our valued clients, we have decided to change the payment terms for our subscription services that are paid month-to-month to be due on the first day of the month for the current billing cycle.

Mad Scientist Technologies currently issues an invoice on the first day of the month for the current billing cycle. For example, the October billing cycle for a subscription service would be October 1 – 31. The invoice would be issued on October 1 and would be due by October 16.

Under this change, your new due date for subscription services will be due on the first day of the month. For example, the billing cycle for services in October would be due on October 1.

This change will only affect subscription services that have a set monthly price, for services that have variable pricing – your invoicing and due dates will not be changing.

This change will become effective on January 2, 2017 for all monthly subscription services as defined above.

Update October 15, 2016 – We have changed the effective date from January 1 to January 2, because January 1st is on a Sunday and a holiday, we apologize for the error.
