Mad Scientist Technologies Announces Change to our Business Structure

QUINCY, ILLINOIS – JANUARY 1, 2024: Mad Scientist Technologies is excited to announce a significant milestone in its evolution. Effective January 1, 2024, Mad Scientist Technologies will transition from a sole proprietorship to a Limited Liability Company (LLC).

This change in legal structure represents Mad Scientist Technologies’ commitment to strengthening its foundation and enhancing the services offered to our valued clients. As part of this transition, all legal agreements and documentation will be updated to reflect this new entity.
