Cash, Checks, or Money Orders

We also accept cash, checks, and money orders as forms of payment. All checks and money orders must be made payable to Mad Scientist Technologies LLC. Payment for products must be made up front in full, and payment for services is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Invoices

We offer invoice billing as a payment option for approved clients. Standard payment terms are NET 15 from the invoice date. To use this option, clients must request invoice billing in advance and receive confirmation prior to placing a service request and/or order.

House Credit Account

We offer house credit account or extended credit terms to select clients upon approval. All credit arrangements must be pre-approved and documented in writing. Standard terms and credit limits will vary based on account history and creditworthiness. Failure to meet agreed-upon payment terms may result in suspension of credit privileges and require future payments to be made in advance.

Payment Arrangement

Payment Arrangements are available to established clients in good standing, based on creditworthiness and account history. Available terms include 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months, with longer terms considered only in special cases. These arrangements must be approved in advance and documented in writing. This option is not available to not available to new clientsreviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be revoked if terms are not met.

Credit Cards or Debit Cards

We accept payment cards, including credit cards, debit cards, and check cards. A surcharge will apply to cover processing fees associated with these transactions. The surcharge amount will be disclosed at the time of payment and added to the total balance due.

ACH Draft or E-Check

We accept ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments for convenient and secure direct bank transfers. Clients must provide verified banking information, and all ACH transactions must be authorized in advance. This option is available for both one-time and recurring payments.

Cash App

We accept payments via Cash App for added convenience. Payments must be sent to our official Cash App handle, which is provided below and upon request. Be sure to include your invoice number or reference details in the payment note. All Cash App payments must be made in full and in advance of product delivery or service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept payments via PayPal. Clients choosing this method are responsible for covering all PayPal transaction fees, which will be added to the total amount due.
